All About ME !

There are lots of cool things about each other  so room 8 and I made a all about me D.L.O. It  has a time line, stuff about you'r countries and your favorite things to do. It also has your passport for mars.

Be a smart learner !

In room 8 we are learning to be a smart learner. Being a smart learner ( in my opinion ) means: 

To preview your blog post before you publish it

To use punctuation  

And to do the right thing at the right time doing the right

Sea Birds

This week room 8 have been learning about sea birds so we made a slide show about sea birds. We learned that if we let plastic just go down the drain it'l go down the drain and go to the sea and a poor fish will end up thinking that it is food and eat it then the next day it'l die and a sea bird will eat the fish that had plastic in it and the bird will die

The ocean clean up

On the 12 / 03 / 19 we had a visit from the sea cleaners. They taught us how to keep the ocean clean and how to keep care of birds. They taught us to pick up a piece of rubbish or plastic so that it doesn't  go down the drain. The plastic goes down the drain when it rains and that makes it go all the way down to the sea.

On 11/03/19 we met Vector ( a electricity company ) and they taught us a lot about a good way of using electricity. For example using a river and make it flow through a turbine to make electricity. They also taught us about solar panels, how you can get electricity from the sun and even taught us about windmills. I really had a fun time learning about natural ways to make electricity.

On 06/03/19 room 8 made our own quadrant graph. We did it about our own passions for example mine is soccer so I did it all about soccer players and soccer cups. What we did was put a picture of the stuff that you want your friend to solve for example 10, 5 or 3, 6 or even just 0, 1.

Bike safety

Learning about bike safety is fun well it would be fun if I was their but I was sick so I missed out in all the fun. Bike safety is very important even just getting of your bike when you cross the road  or looking both ways when you turn around a corner.

Brain Time

Brains are super interesting that is why me (Elio), Leon and Bruno made a brain poster that is very interesting and has facts about brains.
